Due to the volume of work, many employees need to stay later in the service. And when hunger strikes, the delivery service appears to be the easiest solution. Was thinking about this situation that Jánamesa created a corporate delivery service to facilitate consumption and reduce bureaucracy reimbursement invoices. Jánamesa is a site of online delivery that gathers 1,500 restaurants and eateries of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The goal is to expand the service this year to Porto Alegre, Brasília and Belo Horizonte, reaching all the host cities of the World Cup in 2014.
With the corporate delivery service, the company has an administrative account and each employee has their own login registered. The administration can set the rules for requests, set limits for each employee and pay everything in a single account. This is a way to avoid that each employee have to pay the purchase with their own money and ask for refund, which creates more work for the accounting area.
